This cozy pocket cruiser combines simple sheet-plywood construction with more than a touch of elegance.Her board-up draft of 1′6″ lets you explore secluded coves and is easy to haul with a trailer.Construction: Plywood planking over sawn frames.Lofting is required.Plans include 6 sheets.
Athey is a 15' open water recreational rower for one or two based on a lines sketch by N. G. Herreshoff. Built from 4, 6 and 9mm glued lapstrake plywood, she weighs just 65 pounds and is cartopped.
The GulfStream 28 is a moderate vee, relatively narrow boat (beam/length ratio of 3.4) designed to satisfy a program in which economy and seaworthiness were top priorities.
The Eureka is a pretty, simple to build plywood canoe built in stitch and glue, (44lbs down to 34) and paddles nicely. Very comprehensive plans - a boatbuilding course in a book.
Most Pram dinghies are essentially rowing or sailing boats, which limits their speed potential to a mere 3 or 4 knots.
Sea Kayak reasonable size, Ribka is stable, fast maneuvering and has a good tracking. This makes it an ideal kayak for the day hike. The plan is adaptable for small and large paddlers .
Kingfisher’ II is was developed directly from Kingfisher. Hull shape was modified with with flatten side line and reduced height. Other hull dimensions remain the same, width of 93 cm, flat bottom and slim shape gives good stability and maneuverability.
Skana is a single cockpit, wood strip kayak designed for multi-day use. The design is 17'4 in LOA with a max beam of 24". It has moderate rocker with average volume.
