A serious extended expedition touring kayak, double or triple, designed to carry a large load safely and with ample stability.

I originally designed this kayak for a customer with a lake house in Wisconsin. He is a fit, athletic guy with almost no experience in a kayak. He wanted something he felt comfortable in, yet which would move along nicely.

For cold-molded construction, a rugged cutter, popular with serious cruisers.

Construction: Cold-molded.

Alternative construction: Carvel, strip.

Lofting is required.

Round-bottomed, transom stern, centerboard, 2-4 daysailing.
