1936 Blue Moon Alden Design Cutter/Sloop, A classic well worth saving!

Designed by: John G. Alden (Naval Architect). Alden Design No. 618F is a 36 ft Cutter/Sloop, Full Keel with an After Cockpit. This classic was built in the yards of James E. Graves, Inc., Marblehead, MA and is powered by its original 55-hp Gray Marine gasoline engine. The original name was the Trade Wind and later renamed to the Blue Moon when brought to the Great Lakes. Riggings and sails are in good order. She is currently in dry dock under renovation at Sutherland Marine, Ashtabula, Ohio on Lake Erie. Make it Happen!
