Sloop CLEARWATER Winter Maintenance Volunteer Saturdays

-

Looking to roll up your sleeves and put in some volunteer hours?

Please join us in maintaining the iconic sloop CLEARWATER, America’s environmental flagship. Work alongside the CLEARWATER crew and like-minded, active, community members.

Volunteer Saturdays start on December 7th and will take place throughout the winter (excluding holidays.) We would love some extra hands to work on winter projects with our crew, including woodworking, painting, coating, sanding, and lots more.

Volunteer Saturdays are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hudson River Maritime Museum (in the grey barn) @ 50 Rondout Landing, Kingston, NY. Come for the day, or just for a few hours. We are happy for any time you can share with us.

Volunteers should BYO lunch, dress for potential work outdoors, and be excited to complete work tasks that will mend, improve, and give back to the boat that gives so much to us!
