WILDWOOD is a one-tonner designed by Doug Peterson and built by Eric Goetz in the Bristol, RI yard in 1979-80. She was commissioned by the Everdells. (Her first iteration was built in the west coast--our is WILDWOOD 2.0!) She raced well in the east coast one-ton series, had a conversion to a cruising cockpit with Concordia, enjoyed a few other owners (Teddy Turner) and now swings happily at a mooring in the south end of Rockland, Maine. WILDWOOD has been undergoing seasonal refits for the last two years.
She is cold molded mahogany over oak frames and stringers. A joy to sail and race.
