WOODEN NICAL is a Joel White—designed Pooduck Skiff built by John Newcomb. He built WOODEN NICAL with okoume plywood planking, with a white oak keel, stems, knees, and 'midships frame. The spars and oars are laminated spruce.
Mark McGinley built this Iain Oughtred–designed 7-1/2′ Auk ELSIE KAY from okoume plywood as well as locally cut quarter-sawn oak, ash, and pine. She is the tender for his Pacific Seacraft PS-25 located in the Apostle Islands area of Lake Superior.
Here is a Jeff Spira designed Pescadero I recently completed. It was designed as a light tackle tarpon hunter for the central gulf coast of Florida. The boat performs better than expected and makes an ideal fishing platform.

This is the second time Rhett Riviere has owned the ocean cruising ketch FAR HORIZONS, built at Ennals W. Ives Shipyard in Taiwan in 1968. Rhett owned it at one time, sold it, and later bought it back. It needed extensive restorations before he could relaunch the ketch in May of 2004.
Ron Bauer built this model skiff to go with the model of his Bunker & Ellis picnic boat. The scale of the skiff model is 1'' = 1'.
Our 15 foot Joel White designed marsh cat is strip planked with cypress. She is decked with marine plywood, her floors and seats are cypress and she is fiber glassed inside and out with West System product. Her mast, boom and gaff are spruce. Fastenings are of stainless steel.
