SILVER 45 is a very classical small runabout capable of planing at full charge with a 25 to 40 HP outboard engine.
This design has the same nice interior space layout as Badger, with the addition of quarter berths aft. For a family of four to live aboard, as has been done on one of the sisterships, this provides good separation of the sleeping spaces.
Construction: Strip planked and glass/epoxy sheathed.
Alternative construction: Cold molded, traditional wood and canvas lapstrake plywood.
