GROOTE BEER, classic flat bottomed Dutch Botteryacht

GROOTE BEER, has been in the US in the past for many years. She was shipped back to the Netherlands for complete restoration. She has been in many articles in various US magazines. Also mentioned in Annie Prioulx, Shipping News novel and movie. Complete documentation of rebuild and history available. Build started in 1938, and only completed after WW2 in 1945, as order was by a German national. I don’t make enough use of her, and would love her history to be continued.
