NOOTKA was built at Meares Island, Clayoquot Sound, B.C., in 1957 by Barney Williams, a shipwright and fisherman of the Nuu-chah-nulth Nation. As AVE MARIA, she served the Christie (Kakawis) Indian Residential School for almost 30 years.

KORU is a Didi 23 designed by Dudley Dix and built by Kea Custom Boats. Koru was built over the course of 2 years and 4 months and was launched in October of 2022. Her auxiliary power is a retractable 1kw electric pod drive.
