Working after school during her sophomore and junior years at Hemlock High School, Lindsay Cook built this 15'8" x 26"kayak H.M.K. RELENTLESS. Following the plans for Pygmy Kayaks Osprey Standard, she used okoume mahogany plywood and epoxy.

This 15,5 foot (4,75m) vintage looking Jericho Bay Lobster Skiff, designed by Joel White is based on typical American lobster boat lines. She has flat planing sections, slightly concave bottom and tumblehome worked into the hull aft.
Native is a 1955 15′ Stafford (high hat boats line) built in Sanford Fl. Plywood hull. She is powered by a 1953 Evinrude Big Twin 25 HP. The boat sat for almost 20 years. We have yet to find another Stafford still in use tho we’re sure there must be a few.

Robert Donahue started this CLC 17 kayak in October 2001 at a WoodenBoat School class held at the Maritime Museum of Newport News, VA. He finished in July 2002 and launched in Echo Lake, Acadia National Park, in Maine. Robert is eagerly looking forward to another WoodenBoat course.
