This is a boat i just finished from Chesapeake Light Craft. It is the Mill Creek Hybrid, consisting of an okoume hull and cedar strip deck. The launch occurred yesterday at Seed Lake in the North Georgia mountains.

David Calloway wrote that a couple of years ago, he was infected with the boatbuilding bug. He spent many enjoyable hours looking for boats to build on the internet before he decided on Jim Michalak's QT design.
Tom Wakefield built this 14′ Puddle Duck Canoe with plans from Gil Gilpatrick. He built the 45 lb hull from 1/4″ clear pine then coated it with fiberglas cloth and epoxy. The rails are from clear pine and mahogany.
Julian Swindell found the plans for this Portuguese-style dinghy, NELLIE GRACE designed by Hannu Vartiala of Finland, who has these plans available for free at his website, koti.kapsi.fi/hvartial.
George Weinbrenner started construction on this Adirondack Guide Boat as part of a WoodenBoat school class in the summer of 2001. He feels very lucky to be able to have brought MOHICAN home and finish her out. He launched her in Lake George, NY in September 2002.
Richard Scarlet built this Shellback dinghy over several months at The Little Boat Shop in New Bedford, MA. Boat shop owner Steve Bussiere showed him how to make a few modifications and enhancements such as laminated mahogany hanging knees to Joel White's basic design.
Markus and Angie Puskarich of Key West. FL launched this Bolger/Payson designed 18' Clam Skiff on Dec 9, 2001. They say the design is great for fishing and exploring in the Florida Keys.
I had a great time learning and building this 17′ Tillamook Pacific Power Dory. I chose this boat to do some fishing and take my kids out on the water here in Florida and the boat can handle it all.
