The Eider is a wonderful 17′ 3″ cabin sailboat. It is a great step up in size and function from the 15′ Nancy's China.
Our Deben Class designs are inspired by the original Deben 4-tonner, which my father commissioned from W. M. Blake in 1936 and the Deben 6-tonner, designed by my father in 1950. At least 35 of the 4-tonners and 3 of the 6-tonners were built between 1937 and 1960.
