Dean Whitlock writes, “These two prams, 11' long on the left and 13' long on the right, were built to the same pattern by Bob Elliott’s class, ‘Building the Norwegian Pram,’ at WoodenBoat School in August 2001.

Gloria Burge built this 6′6″ Philip Bolger Tortoise design and launched in in August 2012 in Searsport, Maine. She built the boat, glued and screwed, mostly, she says, in the living room of her camper.
Andrew German's grandfather built him this pontoon dory when he was just 4 years old. They launched ANDREW K. in August 2002. Andrew just fits in the boat, since it is only 4 feet in long. The boat is built of glassed 1/4" mahogany plywood with frames of Douglas fir.
Blending John Gardner’s second version of the L. F. Herreshoff 17′ pulling boat with John Brooks’ glued-lapstrake construction, Tony Lush started building in November of 2021 in the “Greenhouse Boatyard.”
This sloop is an Ebihen 16. I built it using plans from French naval architect Francois Vivier and a kit from Hewes & Co., Blue Hill ME. The kit was comprised of CNC-cut Okume plywood.
Here floats RED RYDER in a swimming pool with her builder, Rip Graham of St. Simons Island, Georgia, aboard. His wife Charlotte took the pictures and shared Rip’s project with us. Rip built modified version of Tom Yost’s Nikumi design for a 17′ x 22″ Aluetian Baidarka touring kayak.
Restorer and owner Reed Feuster says this "Duck Boat" sneakbox of the Diamond class was built by David Beaton and Son of West Montoloking, NH approximately 40 years ago. Fleets of these white cedar boats were raced by Bay Head, Mantoloking, and Manasquan River Yacht Clubs on Barnegat Bay.
