Freedom
Freedom is a Jim Michalak designed trimaran. Built with the stitch and glue method.
DEVA
Mike Jennings spent three months building DEVA from a Chester Yawl Kit produced by Chesapeake Light Craft. Launched last June, he rows her near his home in Coquitlam, British Columbia. DEVA is seen here at Rocky Point on Buntzen Lake in Anmore, British Columbia.
Kaholo Paddleboard
Jim Rester built this 14′ Kaholo paddleboard from a kit by Chesapeake Light Craft. The hull is made from okoume plywood, with a mesquite transom. Jim made the paddle from black walnut.
OLD TOWN HW CANOE
Vince Trtan used a lot of 40-grit sandpaper in the restoration of this Old Town canoe, HW model, hull #150314-7. After sanding off the old canvas, he made new gunwales, keel, seats, and decks. Then he had to replace several ribs and planks.
ATNA
I helped my friend Glenn Strombo build this Adirondack Guide Boat to the plans found in “Building an Adirondack Guide Boat” by Michael J. Olivette and John D Michne.We shortened the length by 16 inches to utilize more readily available 16 foot cedar planking stock.
DRAGONFLY
Fifteen-year-old Andrew Seguin built this Dynamite Payson designed work skiff between march and August 2002. It is Payson design number 606, 18' long with a 5' beam built out of plywood and mahogany.
SPRING RUN KAYAK
Sam Schaner built this 16'10' cedar-strip kayak, designed by Joe Greenley of Redfish Kayaks, using Western red cedar, basswood, walnut, and oak. It is the Spring Run model, 16'10" long with a beam just under 2 feet.

Walter Hansen completed this glued lapstrake tender in April 2011, just in time for the Keels and Wheels Concours d’Elegance in Seabrook, Texas, at which he received a Corinthian Award.
